I just had to research on this and would like to share with anyone here. I thought this was pretty good.

Here are some ways to transform negative energy into positive ones!

1. Work Out - can stay positive, can lose weight. Kudos.
2. Listen to/watch inspirational material
3. Change your physiology - many other things are easier said than done. but, try forcing a smile for 60 seconds.
   
4. Appreciate away - instead of complaining about every single thing.
5. Act as you'd like to feel
6. Just do it anyway

I'll try to keep them in mind! I saw most that typically will work well as advises but no, they're difficult to put in place. Forcing a smile seems easier.

Last post for the year!!! Awwww, so touching..... Haha!

2010's been quite a happening year for me!

Driving license, Japan, memorable year 3.1 project group (cinnamon roll & all the happy/sad/angry times), school events, Jay Chou concert, Taiwan, SIP, Robinsons, DJG times again, Malaysia.. and more plans coming up!!

Happy that everything happened! But scary how all just came and left. Half a day more to end of 2010. Mixed feelings to know that 2011 is just a step away, not so ready yet. Gonna be a xiong start of the year with all the school work. But, tahan awhile and everything will be over! So sad...

Nevertheless, 2010 left happier memories than sad ones. Woo!!

2011 lai ba! Hope everyone had a good one, and let's all ying jie xin de yi nian! Lol!

It's funny how this came to be one of our topics during supper. Even funnier when we share similar perceptions. Lol!

So, here's just something fun to share...

• New Zealand - Greeneries with a small hut, with lambs and cows and other farm animals...
• Africa - Grassland with wild animals and black people covered in leaves taking spears...
• Saudi Arabia - Desert, with people wrapped all round in white cloth...
• Iceland - Only a huge chunk of ice... LOL!

Nightmare :(

Ahhhhhh nightmares for 2 consecutive days! I hope tonight will be a good night! Lol. So scary la, was being scared awake last night! ZZZ. Seriously, my heart's pumping super fast when i woke up.

Nightmare 1:

A bucket of dead hamster babies........ WTH right?!!?


Nightmare 2:

The same people were at Japan, we were invited to stay at some hotel. Then the manager is actually a bad person. Everyone don't know except me and one friend. Dunno why, everyone's asleep on the ground and my friend and i were trying to escape. We ran away and there's an aeroplane chasing us, then i threw something at it, and the aeroplane blast into pieces. LOL ok stupid i know...

Then don't know why, we were back in the hotel. The manager went to the toilet and we acted as if we were playing with the dog, wanting to take it out for a walk. Then we ran away, the manager's kids helped us open the window and we climbed down don't know how many floors! Keep climbing and climbing until the manager saw us and i woke up. Walao.... very scary lo.


Zzz. Not having good sleep lately too. Hard to fall asleep. Zzzz. I slept really well during the stay in Japan lo. Then come back can't sleep well. Opposite from Candy. Lol.

Updates

Kicked off my holidays with some exercising. Met ch at stadium on Monday morning to jog. Well i kept my target as low as two rounds cos it's been really long since i last exercised. But the first song haven't even end when i finished two rounds so continued a little more. Haha. Ended with 3 and 1/2 rounds jogging and 1/2 round walking. That's simple and all.

Went for breakfast at Kovan, then went home to pass him things and chatted and parted. Haha. Great, now my muscles are aching like they'd never ached before. It's getting better, at least better than yesterday.

Being bored, i started with my mosaic. It's getting into shape, and i'm glad i started it early cos it's taking up a whole lot of time. Will have an arty post up soon, after i finish with it. Lol.

Can't wait for Friday.
